The concept centres on gathering and connection, bringing a safari inspired identity into a corporate setting through coordinated materials and distinct guest areas.

02 / The Décor Execution

Woven entrance treatments introduce the material palette. Proteas, pincushions, strelitzias and dried textures provide botanical interest, while lanterns and warm lighting connect the tables to leather and rattan lounge settings.

03 / The Venue Dynamics

The proposed layout combines dining with smaller lounge pockets. Final placement requires a venue survey to establish circulation, catering access and the relationship between seating and presentation areas.


