Established in 2000, SA Event Decor has grown from a small décor operation into one of South Africa’s most established and capable corporate event décor companies.
For more than 25 years, we have designed, manufactured and installed décor for conferences, convention centre events, gala dinners, awards evenings, themed events, incentive programmes, product launches, roadshows and corporate celebrations.
Today, SA Event Decor combines creativity, experience, extensive operational infrastructure and one of the largest privately owned event décor inventories in South Africa.

From a Small Beginning
To a National Event Décor Powerhouse
Over the years, we have continually invested in our inventory, people, equipment and production capabilities. This has allowed us to develop far beyond traditional décor and offer creative solutions for sophisticated corporate functions and major events.
Our extensive inventory includes designer tables, premium event furniture, table décor, centrepieces, draping, themed backdrops, photo areas, lounge furniture, cocktail furniture, custom structures, roof décor, lighting elements and an exceptional collection of themed décor.
Because we own such an extensive range of stock, we can offer our clients greater choice and develop concepts around décor that is available, achievable and supported by our own operational infrastructure.

Creativity is at the heart of SA Event Decor, but creative ideas must be supported by the ability to manufacture and deliver what has been designed.
Our in-house production facility is equipped with CNC machinery, specialist manufacturing equipment and professional tools. This enables us to design and manufacture custom furniture, branded structures, backdrops, photo areas, themed installations and unique décor elements specifically for our clients’ events.
Much of our custom work is produced by our own team. This gives us greater control over the design, quality, finish and delivery timeline while protecting the original creative vision throughout the process.

It also gives our creative team the freedom to combine existing stock with new custom-manufactured elements whenever a brief requires something different.

Supported by our own vehicle infrastructure, experienced logistics team and on-site installation crews, SA Event Decor regularly delivers to hotels, casinos, convention centres, conference venues, corporate offices and destination properties.
For larger events, incentive programmes and national projects, our team travels throughout South Africa.
