The transformation required a clear shift from a conventional conference environment to a setting specific to Bayer. Furniture colours and centrepiece references carried the brand identity into the room.

Custom high gloss tables, colour coordinated to Bayer’s corporate identity, established the structured layout. Centrepieces referencing agriculture and crop science connected the table styling to the company’s work.
