01 / The Brief

The awards setting required a cohesive interpretation of “A Night at the Stars”, carrying Bayer’s formal occasion across the ballroom.

02 / The Décor Execution

A suspended fairy light canopy and illuminated stars established the celestial setting. Floral centrepieces, candlelit details and reflective finishes continued the theme at table level, while a custom stage anchored the presentation area.

03 / The Venue Dynamics

The design used the ceiling as a principal visual surface. Overhead features connected the room’s upper volume with table arrangements and the stage below.


