01 / The Brief

Xcentric Events appointed SA Event Decor to translate its Royal Kingdom concept into a complete venue environment, with continuity throughout the guest journey.

02 / The Décor Execution

A castle inspired entrance introduced the theme. Blue ceiling fabric, black wall draping and candelabras defined the hall. Shields, banners, lanterns and custom signage extended the identity to food stations.

03 / The Venue Dynamics

The existing conference room required a temporary transformation. Draping changed its visual character without permanent structural alterations, linking the entrance with the banquet interior.

Venue Styling Insight

Approve overhead installations with the venue before fabrication. Confirm fixing points, fabric requirements and clearances, then coordinate the installation sequence with lighting and catering teams.
